The Customer Details section provides a comprehensive view of each customer's profile, including their most recent order and its value, all subscribed items, a history of message templates, options to cancel pending requests, remove the customer from your reports, and the ability to add tags for organising specific customers.

Access this information by clicking on the customer's name in the reports page.
