Understanding by columns
Customers
By default, every customer will be named as User. Once a customer responds to the Opt-in confirmation template, affirming they'd like to receive messages from your WhatsApp Business Account, their names might be updated to reflect the names they've set in their WhatsApp profiles.
Additionally, if a customer uses a specific name when placing an order on your Shopify store after interacting with one of your message templates, that name will be displayed accordingly.
WhatsApp number
This is the customer's WhatsApp phone number, submitted through an activated DiscoCrate widget on your Shopify store. It serves as the primary contact point for sending and receiving messages via your WhatsApp Business Account.
Country
The displayed country flags indicate the country where the customer is located, determined by the country code of their WhatsApp phone number.
Tags
You can manually assign tags to a customer on the Customer details page. Once a tag is added, it will be visible on the reports page, enabling you to categorise and segment customers as desired.
Date subscribed
This shows the date and time when the customer first provided their WhatsApp phone number via an active DiscoCrate widget on your Shopify store.
Subscription status
This indicates a customer's overall status for sending and receiving messages via your WhatsApp Business Account:
- 🟢 Subscribed: The customer has given consent and subscribed to receive messages from your WhatsApp Business Account by tapping Confirm button on the Opt-in confirmation template.
- 🔴 Unsubcribed: The customer has opted out and chosen not to receive further messages from your WhatsApp Business Account by tapping Stop promotions button on the Back-in-stock reminder template when enabled.
Marketing opt-in
This shows customers who, using the DiscoCrate widget, have indicated their preference using the checkbox to either receive or decline marketing and promotional messages from your WhatsApp Business Account.
- 🟢 Yes: The customer has given consent to receive marketing and promotional messages from your WhatsApp Business Account.
- ⚪ No: The customer declines to receive marketing and promotional messages from your WhatsApp Business Account.
Opt-in confirmation
Shows the Opt-in confirmation template status.
- 🔵 Sent: A message sent by you is in transit within our systems. This is equivalent to one checkmark being represented in the WhatsApp app.
- ⚪ Delivered: A message you sent has been delivered to the customer's device. This is equivalent to two checkmarks being represented in the WhatsApp app.
- 🟢 Read: A message sent by you was read by the customer. This is equivalent to two blue checkmarks being represented in the WhatsApp app. The recipient must have Read Receipts turned ON.
- ⚪ Failed: Unable to deliver message. Reasons can include: a. The recipient phone number is not a WhatsApp phone number. b. Recipient has not accepted our new Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. c. Recipient using an old WhatsApp version.
Items
The total count of products for which the customer has subscribed to receive back-in-stock reminders. A detailed list of these products can be found on the Customer details page.
Inventory
Displays the inventory status of items that the customer has subscribed to for back-in-stock reminders.
- 🔴 Out of stock: All items for which the customer has subscribed to receive back-in-stock reminders have '0' inventory levels in your Shopify admin.
- 🔴 Partial stock: Some products the customer has subscribed to for back-in-stock reminders are now in stock and available for purchase. Their inventory levels have been updated in your Shopify admin. For a detailed breakdown of these specific items, please refer to the Customer details page.
- 🟢 In stock:All items for which the customer has subscribed to receive back-in-stock reminders are now available for purchase in your Shopify admin.
Important: Changes to product inventory levels in your Shopify admin will reflect in DiscoCrate's Inventory status. Based on these updates, pending template messages may be automatically triggered and sent, depending on the status.
Back-in-stock reminder
Shows the Back-in-stock reminder template status.
- 🟡 Pending: No back-in-stock reminders have been sent for the items the customer subscribed to receive reminders about.
- 🔵 Sent: A message sent by you is in transit within our systems. This is equivalent to one checkmark being represented in the WhatsApp app.
- ⚪ Delivered: A message you sent has been delivered to the customer's device. This is equivalent to two checkmarks being represented in the WhatsApp app.
- 🟢 Read: A message sent by you was read by the customer. This is equivalent to two blue checkmarks being represented in the WhatsApp app. The recipient must have Read Receipts turned ON.
- ⚪ Cancelled: All pending back-in-stock reminders have been cancelled. This could result: a. The customer choosing to unsubscribe using the Opt-out button in a message template. b. You manually unsubscribing the customer via the Customer Details page under More actions > Unsubscribe.
Conversations
The total number of messaging conversations on WhatsApp between your WhatsApp Business Account and a customer.
- A conversation includes all messages delivered within a 24-hour period.
- A conversation starts when the first business message is delivered and ends 24 hours later.
- The first message can be initiated by the business (business-initiated) or a business reply within 24 hours of a user message (user-initiated).
Messages sent
Total number of messages sent from your WhatsApp Business Account to the customer.
Messages received
Total number of messages received from your WhatsApp Business Account by the customer.
Last order
The last order generated as a result of WhatsApp conversations between your business and the customer.
How is it calculated? Shopify sends DiscoCrate your store order data, and we match the users phone numbers to the ones that have received your message to calculate the order number.
Order value
The total value from your last order generated as a result of WhatsApp conversations between your business and users.
How is it calculated? Shopify sends DiscoCrate your store order data, and we match the users phone numbers to the ones that have received your message to calculate the order value.
Amount spent
The total amount spent by the customer as a result of WhatsApp conversations between your business and users.
