Checklist

To successful get setup on DiscoCrate, please make sure to have:

1. Access to your Facebook account.
2. Access to your Meta Business Manager.
3. A payment method in your Meta Business Manager account that you can attach to your WhatsApp Business Account.
4. A phone number to add to your WhatsApp Business Account.

• We highly recommend using a new phone number for DiscoCrate as it must be used exclusively.
• You must own the phone number.
• Make sure it's not linked to your WhatsApp personal or to the WhatsApp Business iOS/Android app.
• You must be able to receive an international Phone Call or SMS during the registration process.

Don't have a phone number?

If you don't have a phone number available, you can subscribe to our Premium plan and receive a complimentary +1 US phone number. Please note that this number is non-transferable and will remain valid only for the duration of your subscription.
